Cancellation Policy Day Tours Cancellations received less than 36 hours before departure are non-refundable. Changes to bookings made less than 48 hours before departure cannot be accepted. All cancellation and amendment deadlines are based on local Icelandic time. If Puffin Travel cancels a tour due to adverse weather or unsafe operating conditions, guests will be offered either: An alternative tour date (subject to availability); or a full refund.
