• 
  Cancellations for day tours received within 24 hours before the scheduled departure a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

• For cancellations received less than 24 hour’s prior to departure no refund.

• Changes made less than 24hours before tour starts will not be accepted.

• Cut of times are based on local time in Iceland.

• If tour is cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of alternative date or full refund.

All Prices are in US Dollars ($) and per group, unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are due in US dollars. 

Puffin Travel is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.

Day tours: Puffin Travel requires payment no later than 24 hours before departure

Multiple day tours: Puffin Travel requires payment no later than 2.weeks before departure. 

All prices include VAT and invoices are issued with VAT.

The seller holds all information from the buyer in relation to the purchase as confidential. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.

• Less than 72 hours no refund.

• PuffinTravel operates in accordance with Icelandic law and regulation and is therefore subject to Icelandic jurisdiction in the event that disputes may arise.

• PuffinTravel reserves the right to alter routes and /or itineraries' if needed du to weather or road conditions.

• No Responsibility is taken for losses or expenses due to injury, weather, damages, delay/changes of flights or any other unforeseeable causes.
