Terms & Conditions General terms Puffin Travel is an authorized tour operator licensed by the Icelandic Tourist Board. Puffin Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary of any tour, or to delay, alter, or cancel a tour due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority, and all operational decisions are made with safety in mind. Cancellation Policy Day Tours Cancellations received less than 36 hours before departure are non-refundable. Changes to bookings made less than 48 hours before departure cannot be accepted. All cancellation and amendment deadlines are based on local Icelandic time. If Puffin Travel cancels a tour due to adverse weather or unsafe operating conditions, guests will be offered either: An alternative tour date (subject to availability); or a full refund.
