Your safety is our highest priority. Puffin Travel reserves the right to modify routes, itineraries, departure times, or cancel tours due to weather, road conditions, natural events, or any other circumstances that may affect the safety of our guests or staff.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Day Tours:
More than 36 hours before departure: Full Refund
Less than 36 hours before departure: No Refund
Multi-Day Tours:
More than 14 days before departure: Full Refund
Less than 14 days before departure: No Refund
💳 Payment & Prices
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Day Tour payment must be received no later than 7 days before departure. For multi-day tours, the deadline is 14 days. Puffin Travel is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations.
